There have been reports of the spirit of a man, believed to be a former candy salesman who disappeared in the 1940’s, named Ted Louie. This spirit is believed to be source of strange unembodied noises and voices and appliances which turn on and off by themselves. There have also been reports of other unknown spirits. Most activity occurs in or near the basement.
